At UPTICK ("we", "our", or "the Terminal"), privacy is built into our core technical architecture. All order flow inputs, prior closing prices, intraday share prices, tick delta ratios, and Relative Volume (RVOL) multiples are processed entirely in your client's web browser via local JavaScript. Your financial modeling parameters are never transmitted, logged, or stored on our servers.
2. Email Intelligence Subscription
If you voluntarily subscribe to our daily Pre-Market SSR Trigger List, your email address is securely captured and retained solely for the transmission of pre-market market structure alerts. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your email address to external third parties or broker-dealers.
3. Cookies & Edge Analytics
UPTICK operates across Cloudflare's global edge network. We utilize privacy-preserving, anonymized server-side metrics to assess network latency, page load performance, and geographic distribution without setting invasive cross-site tracking cookies. Local storage is strictly used to remember user interface preferences.
4. Third-Party Broker & Locate Desks
Our platform includes links to verified broker-dealers, electronic locate desks, and market data providers. When you click outbound partner links, you are directed to third-party domains governed by their respective privacy disclosures and FINRA/SEC regulatory frameworks.
